Silverhood is a cohousing complex targeted at female elderly 55-70, that are active to an extent, under-occupying houses and living alone by themselves which has affected their mental health. This co-housing scheme explores these themes and proposes a solution by creating a community that invites the public but also keeps it private. It looks at providing a healthy community, not by just adding trees but also looking at a healthy lifestyle that is flexible and future-proof.
